Is Sonya affiliated with Sony?
No. Sonya was bred in Norway and is a play on words. In Norway "Sånn ja!" means done in a delightful way. We challenged ourselves to come up with an international version of that and "Sonya!" was born.
Why use Sonya to digitize my company?

Of course! Your first 30 days are on us. Sign up for a new Sonya account and you'll be using Sonya like a pro in no time. No credit card needed.
If you love it (and we think you will), you can continue using Sonya simply by providing us with your payment details.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PLANS?
We do, but only if you have a company with a lot of employees. Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll figure something out.
CAN I PAY ANNUALLY?
Yes, Sonya is also available on an annual subscription plan for customers with more than 50 users. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We can also arrange payment by bank transfer for customers with more than 50 users.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE RECEIPT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION I BOUGHT?
If you bought the subscription inside the app you will receive a receipt via e-mail from Google Play (Android) or iTunes Store (iOS) within 1-5 working days after your purchase. Please contact Google Play or iTunes Store if you don't receive any receipt. If you bought the subscription through our web pages, you can download the receipt directly from the billing page after logging in.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you bought the subscription on Android, please follow this tutorial. If you bought it through our web pages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you bought the subscription on iOS, it will not renew unless you manually opt-in for another month or year.
WILL I GET A REFUND FOR THE CURRENT BILLING CYCLE IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We do not offer a refund for the current billing cycle. Instead, you will have access to the canceled service until the end of the current billing cycle, at which time the subscription is terminated.

Why do I not get any emails from you?
Try looking in your spamfolder. If possible please white list us in your spamfilter.
Is it safe not to use a password?
Yes. We are using your email account as a two factor verification. In most cases this is more secure than regular email/password. If you have questions please contact us on email@example.com.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INTEGRATE SONYA WITH OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM?
Yes, it's possible, but it requires som technical know-how. For more information please check out our developer documentation.
WILL YOU CREATE OUT-oF-THE-BOX INTEGRATIONS?
We are working on it, and we hope we will have several out-of-the-box integrations up and running by late 2018.
Can I override exchange rates?
Yes! This was implemented autumn 2016.
WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT FOR NORWEGIAN GOVERNMENT ABROAD SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE?
We now fully support both domestic and abroad subsistence allowance for Norwegian users. We are working on implementing this for the other Nordic countries as well.
WHAT CAN THE AUTO-LOOKUP RECOGNIZE?
The auto-lookup can detect the following information: date, amount, type of expense and currency.
WHY DOESN'T AUTO-LOOKUP EXTRACT THE CORRECT VALUES FROM MY RECEIPT?
There can be many reasons for this. The most common one is that the quality of the image is not good enough. The receipt can also have a layout which is difficult to interpret. If you consistently have problems with using auto-lookup on the receipts from the same vendor, please let us know by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I Attach A reciept from E-mail?
Forward your e-mail receipts to email@example.com and they will magically appear in the app.
DO YOU SUPPORT EXPORTING TO EXCEL?
Yes! Export to Excel (XLSX) is now supported, both in the app and on the web.
What about Android tablet?
Hopefully by the end of 2018. Sooner if many of you want it.
